Track Order

You can track your PawRoad order using the tracking number sent to your email after shipment.

How to Track
1. Find your shipping confirmation email from PawRoad.
2. Copy the tracking number.
3. Open the carrier tracking link in the email, or paste the tracking number into the carrier's tracking page.

Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the label is created.

Need Help?
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or if your order appears delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@pawroad.shop.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your email address used at checkout
- Your shipping address
- A short description of the issue

We typically respond within 24-48 business hours.
