We want PawRoad customers to feel comfortable ordering from us. If something is not right, contact us and we will help review the issue.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. Items with pet hair, stains, strong odors, damage, or signs of use may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email support@pawroad.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your return request. We will reply with the next steps.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
