Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier handoff, customs processing, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawroad.shop. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delays
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking page first. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
